Your adventure is about to begin.
Here is some information about your PADI Open Water Scuba Certification.

COMPLETE YOUR PADI ELEARNING ACADEMICS
You should have received an email from PADI@PADI-MAIL.com that has instructions for creating your PADI On Line Account.
If you did not receive this email check your SPAM , JUNK, and PROMOTIONS folder.
If you cant find the email call us and we will resend to you.
​A) Choose the SIGN UP option and create your account.
B) Upload a photo of your face to your PADI Account thru the PROFILE page. The picture cannot have sunglasses or a hat. They want to see your face. This picture will be printed on your certification eCard.
If you do not upload a photo we cannot process your certification card and your certification will be delayed.
C) Complete your eLearning Academics. They should take between 12 and 18 hours to complete.
D) Once you complete your academics. You will need to come to the dive shop and take a 25 questions final quiz.
COME TO THE DIVE SHOP FOR YOUR PERSONAL GEAR FITTING
As you will learn in your Class, Your Mask, Fins, and Snorkel are considered to be personal gear that MUST fit well. There is nothing worse than a leaky mask or fins that cause leg cramps.
Come into Carolina Dive Center for a Personal Snorkeling Gear fitting  BEFORE your first class session.
We want you to use your snorkeling gear during your pool training. This way we can make sure it fits perfectly.
All Open Water students receive a 10% student discount on these personal gear items.

YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE
Your Confined Water sessions are on a Set Schedule. The confined water sessions and checkout dives are designed to build your Scuba Knowledge and Skill sets. Therefore, the confined water sessions and checkout dives must be attended in the correct order. If for some reason you cannot make a class or pool session we will try our best to get you a make up session before your next scheduled session. We cannot promise a make up session is possible before your next scheduled class. Each make up session is $125, So please please try and attend all your scheduled confined water sessions.
CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We limit the # of students in each class to make sure you get the best training possible.  We try and be as flexible as possible.Â
If you need to change the dates for your Confined Water/Pool sessions or checkout dives they must be changed at least 7 days in advance of your sessions.. If you change your dates within 7 days of your Confined Water/Pool sessions or checkout dives there is a $100 change fee.

When you complete your certification your Open Water Certification eCard will be available in the app.
