CHARLESTON TUG DIVE CHARTER
August 4
Dive Charter for new and less experienced divers
The Charleston Tug is the latest addition to the South Carolina Artificial Reef system.
This artificial reef lies in 62 feet of water just off the coast of North Myrtle Beach.
The 130 foot tug is sitting upright with the top at about 30 feet and bottoms out at 62 feet.
This dive consistently produces the best inshore dive visibility.
The tug has attracted a wide assortment of wildlife. Typical species include Barracudas, Spanish Mackeral, Spade Fish, Black Sea Bass, and Gobies.
This is the perfect dive site for our less experienced divers.
PADI Open Water Students can complete their 3 and 4th checkout dives on the Charleston Tug.
The Charleston Tug is also a good dive site for PADI Wreck Diver Certification dives 1 and 2
Please. Select Date from Drop Down List To Make Reservation.
